NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 4, 2024, Long Run Exploration Ltd. and Calgary Sinoenergy Investment Corp. (collectively, “Long Run” or the “Debtors”) sought and obtained an order (the “Initial Order”) from the Court of King's Bench of Alberta under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”).

The Initial Order provides, among other things, a stay of proceedings until July 14, 2024, which may be extended from time to time (the “Stay Period”). FTI Consulting Canada Inc. has been appointed as monitor (the “Monitor”). A comeback hearing (the “Comeback Hearing”) has been scheduled to be heard on July 12, 2024 at 2:00 pm MST with respect to the relief granted in the Initial Order, an extension of the Stay Period, and any additional relief that may be sought at the Comback Hearing.
