The Companies have commenced a sale and solicitation process (“SSP”) for their business, operations and/or assets, in consultation with B. Riley Farber Inc., in its capacity as Proposal Trustee of the Companies. The Companies provide pipeline and facility construction services in Alberta and British Columbia.

Interested parties will have until July 5, 2024 to submit a non-binding letter of intent and then until July 26, 2024 to submit a binding offer in the form of an agreement based on the template agreement of purchase and sale. Upon the execution of a non-disclosure agreement, interested parties will be granted access to an electronic data room containing relevant information on the Companies’ business, assets and the SSP.
