For the last 14 years NETZSCH Canada, Inc. – a rotary positive displacement pump company, subsidiary of NETZSCH Pumps & Systems Gmbh, the only one of its kind with a brick and mortar Canadian headquarters – has successfully provided sales, service, and pump products for their Canadian customers from our Barrie, Ontario location. NETZSCH is proud to announce that an expansion to the western part of the country is on the horizon.

Historical rises in transportation costs, along with increased demand and new projects being driven by multiple sectors supports the investment to warehouse quick-ship pump and spare parts, assemble pumps and customized packages through this new Calgary, Alberta location. NETZSCH will also be able to provide more value to customers by providing local training and service.

Trained staff and technicians, along with a well-positioned technical sales staff, will ensure a smooth roll out of all services, products, project management, and technical support in the western region of Canada which is already available via our existing location in Barrie, Ontario. NETZSCH plans to add a number of new associates to even better support the western region in the coming months.

Our newfound proximity to the large number of clients in multiple sectors will allow for increased collaboration, customer piece of mind when it comes time to pre-inspect goods, and/or assistance with trainings, startups, service and ongoing on-site support. This closer proximity to actual installation sites will also add greater support to end user customers, and our existing OEM’s and partners who operate in the region.
